Brittany Cartwright is SUR-ving up an update on her relationship with Jax Taylor one month after she filed for divorce.
“We’re okay, we’re co-parenting,” The Valley star exclusively told E! News at the 2024 Daytime Beauty Awards at L.A.’s Autry Museum Sept. 30. “That’s the most important thing. Other than that, it is what it is.”
The Vanderpump Rules alum noted that, despite their many relationship issues, she and her estranged husband always keep things cordial for the sake of their 3-year-old son Cruz.
“Obviously we’re both going to put him first,” Brittany added. “It’s going to be fine no matter what, because we both love him so much. So, even if Jax and I are fighting, it’s not going to ever come between Cruz. It’s never going to be a thing.”
The 35-year-old also shared a sweet update on Cruz’s latest milestones after the exes announced they separated earlier this year after five years of marriage.
“He’s the best swimmer in the world,” the Kentucky native gushed. “He’s only three and he can go to the bottom of the deep end, get toys, come up. He can do flips in the water.”
