Haley Pullos is set to be released from jail.
The General Hospital actress, 26, was formally sentenced for her 2023 DUI case on Monday. “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling,” Pullos’ attorney Dan Melnick told PEOPLE.
Pullos has already served three months in county jail since surrendering herself to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood in April, and that time will count toward her 90-day sentencing. Melnick previously told Entertainment Weekly that in addition to his client’s time behind bars, she would be sentenced to five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and more than $8,000 in restitution to the other driver in the accident.

“Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick told EW in April, after the actress pleaded no contest to one DUI charge. (Melnick didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment Monday.)
Pullos’ accident occurred April 29, 2023, when she allegedly drove the wrong way on a freeway and her car collided with another vehicle in Pasadena, Calif. The Pasadena Fire Department used the jaws of life to rescue the actress from her car, and she was later arrested and charged with one felony count of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08% blood alcohol content causing injury, and one count of misdemeanor hit-and-run driving resulting in property damage.

Pullos initially pleaded not guilty to all charges but later reached a plea deal with the district attorney’s office, leading her to plead no contest to one of the DUI charges in exchange for the other DUI charge and the hit-and-run charge being dropped, according to the Daily Mail.
The actress had portrayed Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital since 2009, when she was 10, and she earned a Daytime Emmy nomination in 2015. However, Pullos took a leave of absence from the ABC soap opera after the accident, and Holiday Mia Kriegel has been playing the part since May 2023.
