I don’t know about you, but from October to April, I am always cold. From the tip of my nose down to my toes, the temperature is too far south of warm for me to be comfortable. I know what you’re thinking: “Turn up the heat! Put on a sweater!” I’ve tried those things, but my go-to solution is this itty-bitty Andily Electric Space Heater from Amazon, and it’s my constant companion when the temps dip below 60°F. If you’re feeling the chill too, warm up and grab it now — it’s 50% off.

Measuring just 4.3 x 3.6 x 6.4 inches, this thing is small — but it blasts enough heat to warm up a room in just four minutes.

Why is this a good deal? 💰

While this heater is small, it’s mighty! And while it’s on sale, it’s just $12. That’s a great price — certainly a lot cheaper than turning up the heat or buying a sweater.

Why do I need this? 🤔

Like most people, I want to save money on heating my home — I try not to turn on the heat until I really have to. I got the Andily Space Heater so I could turn my home office into a cozy cocoon without heating the other three rooms in the house that I wasn’t using. I also wanted something that could give me concentrated heat on my feet — I have low blood pressure and it’s next to impossible to warm them without an external heating element. This little gizmo does all that and more.

About the size of a yoga block, it sits under my desk with room to spare. There are times when it gets a little warm, but the button to turn it on and off is sensitive enough that I can even operate it with my toes. I knock it over sometimes, but it has a safety feature that automatically shuts it off when it topples.

What I like most about this 500-watt space heater is that it provides instant heat. It takes about three minutes to get my 10 x 12 office up to tropical temperatures in the winter. The durable plastic exterior stays cool to the touch, and it’s very lightweight, so I can take it from room to room with no problem.

What reviewers say 💬

The Andily Space Heater is definitely on my top 10 list of things I’ve bought on Amazon — I use it almost every day in the winter — and it’s also impressed over 8,000 shoppers who have given it a perfect five-star rating.

Pros 👍

“I was worried about the size when it arrived, but it’s a little powerhouse and I am so happy with it,” said one impressed shopper. “I might just buy some more for gifts.”

“Several people have these in our office,” shared one customer. “It’s a nice little personal heater. I sit this on my desk pointed at me to stay warm sometimes. I don’t think this would heat a larger space or room, but it works. I like that it’s small and compact. If it tips over, it cuts off.”

“This heater when safely placed on the floor puts out heat like a larger, more powerful model,” explained another fan. “Perfect zone heat! From 3 feet away, it warms my living room chair corner so well, I can keep the furnace turned down further. I love it and have never had such effective heat from anything this small. … For only 500 watts, this is a mighty source of heat.”

Cons 👎

Some shoppers say this little heater is almost too good at its job and note that you’ll be dealing with a bit of white noise.

“I wish it had options for heat levels cause this little guy blasts out heat very well and sometimes I wish I had the option to turn it down a notch,” said a buyer, adding, “It’s not silent by any means. It’s not obnoxiously loud, but it’s loud enough that my coworkers have noticed I have it on when they walk by my desk. I’d say it’s like an extra-loud computer fan volume-wise.”

“It throws heat like my electric furnace on high mode, but it has no settings and is a little loud,” agreed another fan. “I think in general that trade for the performance/size is worth it especially if you plan on taking it somewhere with a portable battery.”

It’s compact, but this baby packs a serious punch at just the touch of a button!
