Prolific Birkin collector Cardi B may be desperately seeking another rare Hermès handbag, but she’s also fond of affordable finds seemingly inspired by the French fashion house.

In a teary-eyed Instagram Stories this past weekend, the “Bodak” rapper lamented her challenge of tracking down one of the luxury label’s carryalls, among other grievances. “I don’t understand how I don’t got the bag yet,” the Grammy-winning singer says. “Every single day I keep seeing more and more people on my [Instagram] Explore page have the purse, but I can’t find the purse. … Every single day I call my Hermès connect and it’s just still not in the store. … I’m so over it. I’m so tired of everything.” (If you missed it, see fashion influencer Bryan Yambao’s reaction video for a recap.)

Though her first-world problem may not be the most relatable, many of us can identify with the 31-year-old artist’s retail therapy at Target — more specifically, in the shoe department. After bemoaning hard-to-find Hermès, the singer sounds more upbeat while pointing out the Hayley slide sandals from Wild Fable, one of the mass retailer’s on-trend in-house brands. They’re strikingly similar to the Hermès Chypre sandals, which retail for $910. Yup: Cardi B’s favorite Target designer dupes get you the look for 97 percent of the price.

“These are giving Hermès! Thirty dollars!” she exclaims. Indeed, the wallet-friendly slip-ons are only $30 are available in black or white faux leather. They feature a cushioned footbed, a hook-and-loop strap and backless design. (It’s worth noting that the product label seen in Cardi B’s video is for a different pair of shoes.)

For those who want another option, these Nina slide sandals by A New Day offer a similar look for just $20 and come in black, brown and white faux leather, denim and a woven beige.

The “I Like It” singer also honed in on a pair of Universal Thread heeled Western boots ($40) in white that she’d wear with “bootcut jeans and gold hoops,” and these A New Day Maxine ballet flats ($30) that she called “very Chanel.”

Earlier this month, Cardi B revealed she was pregnant with her third child with Offset after filing for divore from the Migos rapper the same day.

The shoes are among Target’s stylish lineup that offer designer looks at a fraction of the luxury price tag, including these Bottega Veneta-inspired woven handbags and tons of luxurious home decor gems. Shop Cardi B’s “very Hermès” sandals and her other picks from Target below.
