Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are ready for Deadpool & Wolverine & Spider-Man.
The costars were asked which fellow superhero they’d like to team up with in a future film in a recent Marvel Thailand interview.
“If I could pick one, I’d love to play with Spider-Man,” Reynolds replied. “Tom Holland is amazing.”
Jackman added, “I agree. He’s so cool. That would be great. And he’s young. We could pile on him and abuse him. You know, just yell at him.”

Reynolds seemed equally interested in testing out the webslinger’s healing factor. “You can’t hurt him!” he proclaimed. “You can hit him as hard as you want. He gets right back up.”
A crossover between Spider-Man, Deadpool, and Wolverine isn’t too far out of the realm of possibility. After all, Spider-Man has joined forces with both characters in the comics, first hanging with Logan in the 2011 limited series Astonishing Spider-Man & Wolverine and later spinning up a hilarious bromance with the Merc with a Mouth in the long-running Spider-Man/Deadpool.
And while they’re selecting their picks for a new supergroup, Jackman has one more guy he’d like to add to the list: “I also want Hulk.”
“Just because I want him on my side,” he quickly clarified about Mark Ruffalo’s character. “I don’t want to be in a fight against Hulk.”
It’s an important distinction given that Wolverine and Hulk have had their fair share of fights over the years, including in the series Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk, in which Hulk literally tore Logan in half and threw his legs up a mountain. The pair also went at it in the 2009 animated film Hulk vs. Wolverine.
