Years in the making, the first official teaser trailer for the new Bob Dylan movie A Complete Unknown is finally here. The clip showcases Timothée Chalamet as Dylan, and, as promised, he does his own singing, taking on the 1960s classic “A Hard Rain’s a-Gonna Fall.” The teaser also features Monica Barbaro, as Joan Baez, and Edward Norton, as Pete Seeger. A Complete Unknown, directed by James Mangold, hits theaters in December. The movie tells the story of Dylan’s early years in New York, his growing popularity, and his famous 1965 Newport Folk Festival performance where he “went electric.”
