If you want to be a legend in Connections, you need to get in as much practice as you can. While watching all of the champions earn their medals, it is easy to forget how much work and practice they had to put in to become the best. If you also want to become the best, getting a little coaching along the way will only help you improve over time as you start to recognize patterns and understand how to win.
If you want to try a different type of puzzler, you should try out the NYT’s Spelling Bee puzzle. It’s a cute, aesthetic way to test your spelling knowledge, and you will have fun doing so. It’s hard to get a perfect score, but you can get as big of a score as you want to, as the game continues until you cannot think of any more words or the day has passed. And the honeycombs are the color of the gold medals, so that is a big plus.

Having spent a lot of time on a SHIP, it is possible that I simply had the upper hand on this one. It would be hard not to since my grandpa was in the Navy and I would be ashamed if I didn’t know a lot about large sea CRAFT.
Luckily, I remembered enough to BARGE past this one and move on to the next category with just enough ego to be dangerous. While not every VESSEL is the most fun place to be, it is magical to watch a sunset on the sea.

If you have not heard of the gymnastic GOAT, you have probably avoided all forms of social media since 2016. Either way, this category is really just all ways to describe Simone Biles,.and probably a purposeful move on the part of the editor knowing when the Olympics were wrapping up.
There are certainly many other new CHAMPs and LEGENDs being made these past two weeks, and with luck the trend will continue as we head into the winter games with the next set of summer games to follow in LA.

This one was odd as I was selecting the last words left and wondering what was going on. HARE is a certain kind of rabbit, MUSSEL is a sea creature, NAVAL goes more with the ship category above, and I is an odd word to include with anything here.
However, it turned out they were different spellings of body parts the whole time. I, and as a free tip for you, should probably start reading some of the words aloud to make these kinds of Connections easier, but that does look a bit odd out in public.
