Police in Arkansas have found a 16-year-old girl after she was allegedly abducted by a 30-year-old man and reported missing on Saturday, July 27.
Officers from the Arkansas State Police Department wrote in a press release on Tuesday, July 30, that the alleged victim, Autumn Nicole Lyon, was found safe around 12 p.m. local time.
“Details will be released as they become available,” police wrote in the statement.
Suspect Adrian Garces, 30, has been detained and charged with interference with custody and is awaiting extradition, according to an update shared earlier on the same day. ABC-affiliate KAIT8 reports that the suspect was arrested in Grand Prairie, Texas, on Monday night.
It’s unclear if Garces has entered a plea or retained an attorney.

After Garces’ arrest, police suspected that Lyon may be near Leonard, Texas, which is about an hour north of Dallas. It is unclear where the she was ultimately found.
Arkansa State Police Department tells PEOPLE that “there is no further information to share at this time.”
In a post on Monday, July 29, police said Lyon’s disappearance had been escalated from a missing/endangered child advisory to an Amber Alert.
Authorities wrote that the teen allegedly met Garces online and is believed to have traveled with him from Howard County, Ark., to Texas in a gray Ford pickup truck.
